Overview
TheToolBus.ai is a platform of free, lightweight tools built for busy business owners. PDF compression, image editing, converters, calculators, and marketing tools, all without signups or watermarks.
The idea was simple: build tools that actually help people save time and get things done, with zero barriers. No accounts, no paywalls, no nonsense.
Launched in 2023, the platform has grown to serve over 500k active users with more than 1 million files converted.
My Role
I designed, built, and launched the entire platform solo. The frontend is built on Webflow, with backend processing handled by Cloudflare Workers and AI APIs.
I handled everything from product design and UX to SEO strategy, content marketing, and ad monetization. The platform runs lean, optimized for speed, cost-efficiency, and scale.
